We would like to inform you that as per the decision taken in its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Association held on 28-02-2026 and also the permission of Ministry of Commerce vide their letter no. 26.00.0000.000.157.33.0002.26.122 dt. 14-06-2026, this Association name is changed as 'Bangladesh Packaging & Accessories Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BPAMEA)' from 'Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGAPMEA)'.

In this context, the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSC) also issued the Amended Incorporation Certificate in the name of 'Bangladesh Packaging & Accessories Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BPAMEA)'. [copy enclosed]
