To mitigate the sufferings of humanity caused by recent tragic incidents at RMG factories, this association extended its hand to help the victims within its limited resources. In this perspective we had arranged a round table conference (RTC) at the Prothom Alo office.

This association has contributed to the victims of Rana Plaza and distributed medicine & emergency materials on the spot. BGAPMEA has also distributed the cash among the victims injured in the Rana Plaza Tragedy. Dr. Moshiur Rahman, Economic Adviser to the Hon’ble Prime Minister distributed the cash on behalf of BGAPMEA.

Moreover, in the political unrest situation in the country few years back, BGAPMEA distributed cash & blanket among the victims who are under going treatment in Burn Unit of Dhaka Medical College & Hospital. In the mean time BGAPMEA has intoduced a Social Service Responsibility (CSR) fund for the welfare of the Owners, Officers/Staffs and also workers of the members factories of BGAPMEA.

In the recent time, BGAPMEA has distributed relief goods to the flood victims of the area of Tahirpur, Balaganj & Beanibazar Upazilla of Sylhet through the Central Ordnance Depo (COD), Head Quarter, Logistics Area, Dhaka Cantonment.
