Subject: Request for booking Stall/s of our International Exhibition namely GAPEXPO-2025 is to be held at International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka from January 09-12, 2025.

Assalamualikum,

With reference to the above & as per decision taken in its Standing Committee meeting on Trade Fair held on 20-09-2024 at BGAPMEA Secretariat, we are pleased to inform you that Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGAPMEA) is going to organize the 14^th edition of Garments Accessories & Packaging Exposition (GAPEXPO)-2025, an international Exhibition, at Hall # 04, International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka schedule is to be held from January 09-12, 2025 in collaboration with ASK Trade & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh. The exhibition will remain open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. No entry fee will require.

Honorable Advisers, Diplomats, High Government officials & non-government organizations, Garments Accessories owners, service companies, foreign & local machinery companies, raw materials producers, owners of Garments, Textile & other export oriented industries, suppliers, merchandisers, representatives from buying houses & business leaders of the country will visit the show. A good number of foreign companies from Germany, United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, India and local companies will participate in the exhibition. A colorful souvenir will also be published. You may give an advertisement in the souvenir to publicize your products. It may be mentioned here that size of the stall will be 8’ x 10’ (80 square feet) and the fare of the stall for member industries is of Tk. 50,000/- (taka fifty thousand). Stall/s will be allocated on first come first serve basis.

We would, therefore, request your honor to extend your gracious support by booking stall/s & to help make our events a grand success. This would also open up an ample opportunity for the exporters to show their best products under a single roof and may get an opportunity to contact with potential buyers of RMG and other exporters. Stall Booking Form & Expo Directory Form of GAPEXPO-2025 are enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.

Deadline for booking stall: 30^th November, 2024 Saturday.
