Dear Colleague,
You are aware that RAJUK has allocated 01 (one) acre of land (60 katha) at Institutional area of Purbachal in favour of BGAPMEA for setting up a Training Institute vide their letter No. Rajuk/Estate & land-3/Purbachal/52 stha: dt.16-05-2018.
As per decision of AGM-2017 held on 07-07-2018, each member should contribute Tk. 1,00,000/- (one lac only) in three installments of Tk. 30,000/- + Tk. 30,000/- + Tk. 40,000/- within 31st December, 2020.
Out of total approximate value of Tk. 10,50,00,000/- (ten crore fifty lac), we already paid Tk. 3,57,60,000/- as the 1st installment.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic some of our members were not able to pay 2nd/3rd installment of donation. The 16th BOD meeting held on 09-02-2021decided to request the members for their payment of unpaid installments.
So, you are requested to please pay your unpaid installments of donation at the time of renewing your yearly Subscription from the Association. This amount is to be paid in favour of 'BGAPMEA' through seperate Pay Order in addition to the annual subscription, CSR fund & other related fees of the Association.
We look forward to receiving your support & assistance to implement this project.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
