Aslamualikum,

        As per instruction of the President of BGAPMEA, I am sending the Bangladesh Bank's Circular on relaxation of re-financing from EDF.   In the Circular (FE Circular No. 36 dt. 27-08-2020), it is mentioned that re-financing from EDF will be admissible in case of no overdues against the realizable export proceeds during the immediate past 720 days from the date of application.
