Dear Colleague,

We are pleased to inform you that after long persuasion, RAJUK has allocated 03 (three) bigha of land (60 katha) at Purbachal in favour of BGAPMEA for institutional plot vide their letter No. Rajuk/Estate & land-3/Purbachal/52 stha: dt.16-05-2018 (copy enclosed). This space will be utilized for multi purposes use like: training institute, testing laboratory, dormitory for teachers & students, guest house, office secretariat, accessories club, auditorium, conference hall, commercial space etc. If any of our member would like to avail this facilities, they will also be given preference & discount rate.

We have to pay RAJUK of total approx. Tk. 10,50,00,000/- (ten crore fifty lac) including registration, VAT & others. This Association is not in a position to pay this amount. So, this issue was discussed in the Annual General Meeting (AGM)-2017 held on 07-07-2018. As per thread bare discussion in the AGM, it was decided that each member will contribute Tk. 1,00,000/- (one lac only) on three installments basis. Out of which Tk. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) will have to pay as a 1^st  installment during 2018, Tk. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) will have to pay as a 2^nd installment during the year 2019 and balance of Tk. 40,000/- (forty thousand) will have to pay during the year 2020. This amount to be paid in favour of 'BGAPMEA' through pay order in addition to the annual subscription, CSR fund & other related fees of the Association provided by you. We look forward to receiving your support & assistance to implement this project.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
