Subject: Preparation of Preliminary Voter list regarding BGAPMEA Election 2018-19 & 2019-20.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that BGAPMEA Election is going to be held on 30th May, 2018 & Preliminary Voter list shall have to be published on 10th April, 2018. So you are requested to prepare Preliminary Voter list and submit it to the Election Commission on or before 7th April, 2018 during office hour.

 

This will be treated as most urgent.
